Overall, I'm satisfied with the center. But I strongly recommend avoiding visits to Dr. Kościuczyk. I don't understand how someone can overlook a patient with a fever, cough, and obvious weakness and prescribe Nurofen. It's a disaster.

Dr. Bołoz discharged my mother in the advanced stage of a stroke, claiming her heart was fine. You have a referral, and she'll get a neurologist to examine her. Seriously? If it weren't for her intuition that something was seriously wrong, she wouldn't be alive today because of him. She spent several months in the hospital after the incident, and for the past two years, she's been struggling with arm weakness and constant rehabilitation. I don't recommend it at all. I understand not diagnosing some unusual illness, but a stroke where a woman falls and walks clinging to the walls? This situation completely changed my opinion of this clinic, even though I've been there since childhood. The nurses and Dr. Izabela Kosciuczyk are excellent and improve the quality, but unfortunately, I can't give a higher rating for ignoring such a serious issue. From what I've heard from friends later, I'm not an isolated case.

I like this clinic, but keeping Pręgowska around, who's always having problems, constantly referring patients to other doctors, rolling her eyes, and yelling at them, is a complete misunderstanding. Retirees belong in retirement, not in a clinic where people come for help. Issuing a referral for a blood test when the system already has information from a specialist about a chronic illness isn't sufficient evidence or reason to issue a referral for a blood test. According to Pregowska, such certificates are "garbage."

Po badaniu USG tarczycy zalecenie biopsji, skierowanie do endokrynologa. Panie w recepcji tłumaczą, że 26 będzie doktor i ustalanie terminów. Po 26 dniach oczekiwania, 26 sierpnia przyjeżdżam, tym razem dowiaduję, że z moim skierowaniem to w szpitalu mam się rejestrować, bo u nich się tego nie załatwi. Chodziło o skierowanie na biopsję. Czy ktoś to potrafi zrozumieć?

Dr. Izabela Kościuczyk - I don't recommend her! The doctor doesn't listen, refuses to write prescriptions, and says that over-the-counter medications are fine (yes, but it depends on what you're sick with), and that what's written on the leaflet doesn't mean anything ("they have to write something there"). My husband, who had a sore throat for a week and had bronchitis, didn't even look down his throat during his appointment. She told him to buy some nasal spray from a pharmacy like Tatum Verde 😤
