I'm surprised by the negative reviews – in my opinion, it's all a matter of perspective. Before moving to Żory, I worked at a clinic in Jastrzębie, where people queued outside from 5:30-6:00 a.m., regardless of the weather, to see a doctor. I didn't notice this problem here. Every time I needed to make an appointment, I arrived around 8:00-8:30 a.m. and had no problem getting in. The receptionists constantly check in patients who come in person, and they also answer calls in between. I got the impression that those who booked on-site were prioritized, which I see as a good thing. The receptionists are focused and speak loudly and clearly – I haven't noticed them causing any problems for anyone. Even when I called after 10 a.m. once, I got an appointment the same day. Personally, I'm satisfied.

"You're next in line" is what you hear for half an hour when calling occupational health. It means you're the only person in line, but the women who work won't answer the phone. I don't know if there are so many people for half an hour, or if coffee and gossip are more important?

They charged a fee for a private blood sugar test, and then you're told they won't perform the test without a doctor's order. I'd appreciate an explanation and a response from the clinic owner. Secondly, with the company's average annual profits of PLN 4 million, it's worth investing in another person who could answer phones at the reception desk.

I went to the doctor with a suspicion of whooping cough. Suggesting it might be whooping cough, he dismissed my suspicions, prescribing me allergy and asthma pills 🙈 for which I'd never been diagnosed. I was supposed to return a week later if the cough hadn't subsided. Unfortunately, I was forced to return because the cough persisted. I was seen by another doctor, who continued to prescribe allergy and asthma pills and wrote me a referral for a stool sample to test for parasites, among other things. 🙈 I was in my third week of a persistent dry cough 😕 It was time for vacation. I went on a seaside vacation, where I had such a severe attack of persistent dry cough with vomiting that I was cut off from oxygen. Then came the emergency room, the emergency room, a series of tests, swabs, a lung scan, a complete blood count, and only a month later did the doctors in Koszalin diagnose me, and my suspicions were confirmed... Unfortunately, whooping cough would have overtaken me. Today I know not to give up, because in my case, it could have ended tragically.
