  I've been there twice in a week recently and I'm very pleased with my visits. The receptionists are very kind and helpful. The doctor is very friendly and professional. I wish everyone such visits at this facility.

  Overall, the appointment was poorly scheduled, but there were probably five people at the same time, so you arrived an hour late. As someone else mentioned, the hallway was incredibly hot and stuffy; my pregnant wife had to leave because she was feeling unwell from the stench. The building is new, but the floor looks like it hasn't been mopped in a week. The doctor's appointment was spot on, but the waiting room and the wait time for the scheduled appointment were a disappointment.

  I would give it zero stars, but I can't. It's a disgrace and a disaster. They book patients in and then you wait for hours, as if you'd won the time lottery. I don't recommend it. The appointment was almost 1.5 hours late. No respect for the patient's time. A disaster.

  It's a shame the clinic lost my child's blood samples, and the staff doesn't know what they're doing – the nurse said the urine sample was sufficient, but the lab said the sample was too small. In short, drawing blood from a one-year-old and doing the exercises to collect urine were wasted because the clinic can't keep up with its responsibilities. All the receptionists could say was that the test needed to be repeated; they didn't even bother to help resolve the issue. I strongly advise against using these clinics for pediatric treatment.
