An embarrassing experience. I scheduled an appointment a month in advance, dictating the type of test I wanted. The day before, when confirming my appointment, I reconfirmed the test. On the day of my appointment, I was on time, but there was no sign downstairs. The women said they wouldn't perform the test because they didn't feel up to it. The test could only be performed in the presence of a professor, who wouldn't be available for another two weeks. I came specifically for today's appointment, having taken time off work for that day. The receptionists were completely unprofessional. Their comments were completely inappropriate. A waste of time and nerves. I don't recommend them!!! P.S. A word of advice for women: take your hands out of your pockets when talking to a client.

A lack of responsibility and a disrespectful attitude toward the client, which is no longer present in private clinics today. For the second time (!), a cardiac ultrasound examination, which requires a 4-6 week wait, was canceled without an alternative appointment. For the third time, I was given the standard appointment in 4 weeks. Absurd. I should add that I am a private patient and bear 100% of the costs of the visits.

I went to this clinic for a shoulder ultrasound. The diagnostician was very nice and seemed like a good specialist. The receptionist was also nice, and most importantly, when I called to make an appointment, the phone was answered immediately.

My appointment was at 5:30 PM. The doctor was about 15 minutes late, but that wasn't a problem for me. The real problem was the price of the test—the website says 300, but I paid 400.

My wife had a gastroenterologist appointment at 7:15 PM. We arrived at the clinic at 7:00 PM. We waited an hour for an appointment, after which the doctor informed my wife that she hadn't consented to the patient being scheduled for that time, and that it was a receptionist error; she should have been teaching students. The doctor also had another patient who arrived at 7:30 PM and was admitted. The reception staff didn't react to the situation. The very rude ladies nervously told us it wasn't their fault and blamed the doctor. As a result, we wasted a lot of time, had to travel a long way to our previously scheduled appointment, which didn't happen, and were treated five times worse than at the National Health Fund. It was a complete disappointment, with a complete lack of care and attention to the patient's needs. This was our first time at Prima, and certainly our last. We don't recommend it.
