  Marta Wachowiak Jurczyk She's terrible at communicating, just plain nasty. I often went for a referral for ear irrigation. One time she said she'd give me a referral to an ENT specialist, but when I asked for one, she said she wouldn't... what's that supposed to mean? A while later, she got angry that I was coming back. I said I think that's what she's paid for. She gave me a referral, but a moment later she followed me into the treatment room and said we'll see how much earwax falls out... damn, what's that supposed to mean, a checkup? The woman in the treatment room is always nice and calm, and this nasty woman keeps checking on me and insulting me... when I pointed it out, she said I should see a psychiatrist... I told her to go herself. My friend was feeling very bad, so she didn't give her a referral to the hospital, but told me to go there immediately, even though it's obvious they won't admit you without a referral... I absolutely don't recommend her. The worst clinic in Myszków.

  Ophthalmologist Karolina Zemła is an outstanding and thorough ophthalmologist. The lines are long, but worth the wait, and the examination itself is long but THOROUGH. For years, no one could help me because they didn't really understand the cause. But this young woman found the time, and thanks to her, after many years, my eyes are healthy!!!! Thank you!

  My appointment with the orthopedist was scheduled for 4:10 PM, and there were 13 people in line ahead of me. Why even have scheduled appointments when it's a "first come, first served" system anyway? There's no respect for the patient and their time. Total disorganization – I wouldn't recommend this clinic to anyone who expects professionalism and punctuality.

  I've been considering writing a review for this "health center" for a long time, but I'd like to warn against treating future patients at this facility. Last June, I went for an orthopedic consultation on my wrist, where a small lump had grown that was limiting my mobility and causing pain. The "doctor" with the K name, after a thorough examination and TRYING TO FORCE IT WITHOUT ANY WARNING (which caused pain similar to being cut alive with a knife), concluded it was a ganglion and then ordered an X-ray. It's not a bone lesion, so an X-ray alone won't reveal anything in this type of condition... forget about an ultrasound or MRI... The doctor recommended and wrote a referral for mechanical treatment of this condition at a rehabilitation facility. The treatment of me as a patient was, quite frankly, dismissive, and I've never encountered such treatment before... Zero inquisitiveness, avoidance of the topic, and no questions about how you feel about it, how long have you had it? Honestly, ChatGPT would have told me more than the "doctor." Given my own curiosity and common sense, I didn't go for the lumpectomy, as I went for a consultation at another facility, where they immediately detected a malignant tumor on my wrist and practically removed it without hesitation. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT! The worst healthcare facility. If you want to leave healthy, come here even healthier!

  The doctor refused to issue a mattress to a bedridden patient because she said the patient needed to walk. The patient is unable to walk because he's awaiting surgery, which no one wants to perform due to his poor health. Pressure sores are opening up. A request for a home visit was rejected by the nurses because it requires a direct appointment with the doctor, who doesn't answer the phone. The patient is left to his own devices.
