  It's a complete disaster! Starting with the fact that it's impossible to make an appointment with a gynecologist since the beginning of December, because new dates haven't been announced yet. On top of that, the doctor (you can guess her background) makes terrible mistakes – for example, she recommends lemon water and no medications for a bad flu (another doctor immediately recommended a week of antibiotics). Furthermore, when I came to her with blood results and asked for a referral to a specific clinic, she issued a random referral to a completely different clinic without any connection – it's simply ridiculous. When I called to ask for a change of referral, the doctor was very indignant, said that's how she diagnosed it, and that was it. She simply hung up. What's more, she didn't even look at the patient's blood tests because she claimed that "she's not in charge of that," so I don't know how she diagnosed it. It's sad that even asking at the reception desk for an appointment with a Polish doctor, after bad experiences with foreigners, isn't possible. And it's strange that no one sees people's opinions, even here, and does nothing about it. SHOCKING. And of course, getting through to the reception desk is a miracle. I'm not talking about mornings, because I imagine many people need it then, but calling at 2 PM and being second in line for 24.33 minutes is probably a joke. P.S. I'm not racist and I don't judge people based on their origin, but their competence, which unfortunately seems to differ from Polish standards. Maybe people are treated differently in our neighbors, but we're still in Poland. I hope that someone will notice the numerous negative opinions both on the internet and those circulating throughout Koronowo and will take action on what is going on here, because after all, this is where all of our money is going.

  I'd give it a 0. These days, you're signing out of clinics; even a prescription is beyond them. You have to go private anyway because you'd never get it, and that stupid prescription is a problem. So, we're saying goodbye. Someone else will get the money from the National Health Fund.

  The healthcare system at night and during holidays is the worst it could possibly be. I went to them at the end of my 39th week of pregnancy with severe contractions. Not only was the computer frozen, but they refused to help me and made me wait an hour and a half for an ambulance because there were no ambulances available in Koronowo. When I was going to the hospital in Bydgoszcz and spoke to the emergency operator, an ambulance from Koronowo suddenly appeared and took me to the hospital immediately.

  There are several doctors I can say good things about, but certainly not Mr. Youssef Al-Shahari. I've seen the doctor twice, both during night and holiday hours – the last time was a week ago. I brought my 1.5-year-old daughter, who had been running a high fever for several days and, despite appropriate treatment, was getting worse. My daughter was diagnosed with stomatitis, but I suspected something else was wrong, like an ear infection. The doctor examined my daughter and said both her ears and mouth were fine. He said I wasn't managing the fever well because I should apply cold compresses to the back of her neck before administering medication. A fever over 39 degrees Celsius (102 degrees Fahrenheit) wasn't that bad, and if I was concerned about the smell of pus, I should have a swab done the next day. I left with nothing. We went to the emergency room, where they diagnosed her with acute ear and throat infection. My daughter was hospitalized for four days. It's unacceptable for someone who can't properly examine a child to perform such an important role, one that's supposed to serve people, not worsen their health. As you can see, you need to be smart, because listening to this man could only end up worse. I'll add that when I was pregnant with excruciating sinus pain and a high fever, he refused me antibiotics and told me to drink raspberry tea. I advise you to avoid him altogether.

  I would have given it a zero if I could. I was in Christmas care, and the doctor said there was nothing wrong with me, but he didn't prescribe antibiotics. A few hours later, I was diagnosed with pneumonia and pleurisy with hemoptysis. I'll be in the hospital for at least a week. It was Mr. Youssef Al Shahari.
