One huge misunderstanding: I was scheduled to see a neurologist, but I was informed that he sees patients from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. I wasn't scheduled for a specific time. I was given number 12, counting 15 minutes per patient. I arrived at 11:30 a.m. and was told that number 24 had just come in! The doctor had started seeing patients at 10:15 a.m. When I asked what I should do, the receptionist laughed and told me to wait until the end. This means that a patient spends an average of 2-3 minutes in the office. Complete disregard for the patient and their time; the worst clinic I've ever encountered.

Misleading the patient: Two people received referrals from their family doctor for the 40plus Prevention program in Węgrów at Przemysłowa 7, claiming they were implementing this package. The person mobilizes two people, flies them in the morning, and waits in line for an hour to learn they don't offer it here. And on the door of the collection point, a notice about the program hangs like a sledgehammer, even though the person already had a referral for Węgrów.

I've been on the line for almost two hours, and no one answers! With the receptionists working so fast, it's hard to get an appointment with the doctor, considering he only sees patients until 11 a.m. It's a disaster.

Unfortunately, it's below average. It's very difficult to get the tests and services she's supposed to perform. Getting a referral, which we deserve, is almost impossible. This forces us to go and do many things privately, incurring additional high costs.

It's outrageous to keep patients on the hotline for 45 minutes trying to schedule an appointment. After 45 minutes, the receptionist hangs up on us because she doesn't have time!!!
