  Unfortunately, while the doctors are okay, the reception staff are terrible. Especially the gentleman; he's the only one there, so you'll definitely recognize him. Unfortunately, he simply doesn't answer the phone, especially when the doctors aren't there. Upon arrival, he says it's impossible. He hasn't been able to get through for two hours; the clinic has been empty, with zero patients. And, of course, small talk. He lies through his teeth! Rudeness and lies. And this isn't the first time. This gentleman is the face of the entire National Health Fund system.

  This clinic is a joke! If you want to make an appointment with a doctor on Wednesday, you can't until Monday. You have to go up to the doctor and ask if he'll see you. And the doctor refuses because he's the only one with a lot of patients, even though the clinic is empty. There are five internists and no one to work with. Ridiculous!

  One star is still too high for how elderly patients are treated. My grandfather wasn't given help when he needed it most, which was justified by the fact that everything was always handed to him on a silver platter… after all, it's your responsibility to provide healthcare services!!! You're not doing anyone a favor by having him see a doctor regularly, because he was entitled to it. I hope that one day the clinic will be held legally responsible for situations like this. If you're looking for urgent care for a patient who's barely alive, I advise you to go as far away from this place as possible.

  Unfortunately, my dad almost died because of Dr. W., because he was sent home with medication, but his stomach looked like a pregnant woman's. It turned out he had a serious intestinal obstruction and had to be operated on. I'm speechless. I don't wish this doctor any further success in his career.
