The receptionists at the clinic are very rude, and sometimes even rude... I don't know how many times this has happened, but practically every time... The lady writes the wrong prescription, or mixes up the medications, or prescribes them for sure. I have medications for a rather serious illness and they're very expensive. One pack lasts me a week and costs 90 złoty. If I prescribe it for sure, it's already the second time. Of course, you have to fix everything, and the lady always finds some excuse to justify it. I understand we're only human, anyone can make a mistake, but it happens almost every time... Often, the ladies are very rude and condescending towards the patient...

The clinic requires immediate renovation. The interior makes a gloomy impression and negatively impacts patients. Dirty, unpainted walls, chipped railings, and old linoleum floors. Notices on the walls warn and remind patients to clean their clothes. In such generally dirty rooms, one can get dirty before entering the doctor's office. The interior of this clinic discourages, rather than encourages, patients to visit even the most qualified specialist.

Registration is quick and efficient, and the opening hours are very convenient. I really wanted an appointment during my short stay in the country, and I've always managed to get one quickly. Both the visits with the gynecologist and the endocrinologist were professional, and I received answers to all my questions.

Orthopedist Rafał B. interrupted my knee treatment because I missed my appointment. I apologized profusely to the receptionist. Unfortunately, I wasn't seen at the new appointment. I lost my last injection, which cost over 100 złoty, and I waited in pain for about a month to see another doctor. Reputable medical practices remind me of appointments via text message, but the receptionist cares more about her appearance than about her patients. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I highly recommend this clinic. I was very keen to see a doctor as soon as possible. The receptionist was kind enough to call me as soon as an appointment became available. The doctor, a true miracle worker, put me back on my feet.
