  I don't know why there are so many negative reviews about the clinic's registration. I call them quite often, asking for prescriptions for my grandmother, and I've never had a problem getting through, unlike another clinic in Konstantynów, where I'm always number one in the queue. The women on the other end are polite and helpful.

  What a disaster!!! 40 minutes waiting for someone to answer the phone to register my child with a doctor. Unfortunately, no one answered and they hung up on me. Why are they sitting there? And what are they paid for? Probably for drinking coffee!!! Pathetic.

  To jest absolutnie najgorsza poradnia w Polsce. Recepcja nieprofesjonalna, panie robią łaskę odbierając telefon. Powinniśmy być wdzięczni że w ogóle podniosły słuchawkę... Tylko po to żeby powiedzieć żeby poczekać kolejne 5min.

  The healthcare at the clinic is top-notch, but calling to make an appointment is a joke. I've made 10 calls, most of which were disconnected after 5 minutes on hold. Do the receptionists work there, or do they just sip coffee and chat?

  A very good clinic with extremely friendly and professional staff. It's not true that you can't get through. You simply have to call immediately after opening, or after a few hours when a flock of patients have booked their appointments. You can get through without any problems, but it's hard to be surprised when someone calls when 10 other people are calling at the same time. If you need to get through, call when no one else is calling. I use this tactic, and the receptionists answer in less than 5 seconds.
