  Unfortunately, my experience registering at the BioMedical clinic was very negative. During my last visit, I was assured that I could receive my test results via email. When I tried to do so, the registration desk refused to send the results and provided no justification or legal basis. Furthermore, I haven't been able to schedule a National Health Fund (NFZ) appointment with a gynecologist for a month, even though I'm 16 weeks pregnant. An attempt to clarify the situation by phone ended with the employee hanging up on me when I pointed out my obligation to provide care to a pregnant patient. The patient service at the registration desk leaves much to be desired – a lack of respect and professionalism makes it difficult to use medical services. I hope the clinic will take steps to improve its service standards.

  It's hard to make an appointment with a gynecologist, even though they're the doctor who oversees pregnancy. Even a month in advance, they're doing a favor right after the appointment. And when you show up for your appointment, the office is empty, and afterward, it's empty. Maybe you should be more diligent about confirming your appointments instead of saying they're full and that's it. Furthermore, I recently called to inquire about the time of my appointment. I was sure it was for 4 PM, but the receptionist said it was for 6 PM. I went in at 5:30 PM and it was empty, so I went in and the doctor said it was for 4 PM. Fortunately, there were no problems with the appointment, even though I'd been waiting a month and a half for one.

  I recommend it! I called the clinic to make an appointment for my dad with an ENT and neurologist, and I was shocked. The doctor said the appointment was for next week! At other clinics, appointments started next year. The doctors were understanding, ordered tests, and quickly started treatment for my dad, so I'm pleasantly surprised. The only downside was the parking lot; it was very small, and there was nowhere to park. It's also a big inconvenience for someone with disabilities, as parking is not available at the clinic.

  I don't recommend Dr. Jęczeń (gynecologist). I went to him after I found out I was pregnant. He ordered tests, including a urine test. The results showed an elevated bacterial count, but Dr. Jęczeń dismissed the results, claiming the sample might have been contaminated. I believe that, in my situation, being in the early stages of pregnancy, he should have referred me for a urine culture for a more thorough checkup. Unfortunately, I didn't receive such a referral. After consulting with another doctor, I was given another urine test and culture, which showed the presence of E. coli, confirming that the previous results were not the result of a contaminated sample.

  Dorota deserves HUGE praise for her incredible approach to patients, especially difficult ones who have always been afraid of having their blood drawn. Her approach is professional and friendly. I've been using this clinic for many years and am satisfied with both the medical care and the reception staff. I highly recommend it.
