My dad and I met very kind and friendly people. The receptionists, the nurses in the treatment room, and the surgeons. So, a solid 5. If it were possible to rate medical procedures, I'd give them a 0. If it weren't for the staff who patch them up, the whole thing would have collapsed long ago. A big 💚 for your perseverance and helpfulness. Thank you for your care.

Calling the registration desk at a clinic is like waiting for a miracle. No calls are answered at the registration number. The phones are busy—presumably, the receivers are hung up. I ask why there are phones there? Not everyone can come in person. It's a mockery and a humiliation. I've made over 100 missed calls in over three hours. Not a single one was answered—neither for a private appointment with a specialist nor for the National Health Fund. It's no wonder this facility has such a low rating.

One star is even too much. Does anyone work there? Such a kindness to answer the phone, what's that supposed to mean? Maybe you need to change jobs if you won't even answer the phone. I've been trying to call for days now, it's a disaster.

It's impossible to get through on the phone, and the love, professionalism, and courtesy of the staff are a minus 1. I don't recommend having any business here.

The doctor refused to issue me an application for admission to a sanatorium. She informed me that I was healthy and that she only issues referrals for patients who have suffered a stroke. I unsubscribed from the doctor.
