A DISASTER, I advise avoiding it completely. The appointment with the gastroenterologist involved a wait of about an hour. Zero organization. The visit was also pointless. The doctor would have preferred someone else to diagnose her. Only the receptionist was friendly and competent.

The estimated time for a visit with the dermatologist is 5 minutes per patient. The examination is very quick; it's best not to ask any questions because there's no time. The doctor seems superior. I don't recommend her. If I didn't care about the appointment, I would have talked to her the way she spoke to me.

Once the older, short-haired, glasses-wearing blonde at the front desk changes, the rest of the staff is okay. However, I'm giving it one star because, since she's there, she's unintentionally the face of the place. When I pointed out that she was rude and inconsiderate, it only intensified her rudeness. People standing around thanked me for finally saying something to her, and an elderly 80-year-old man even followed me out and thanked me for pointing out her rude behavior, as he's been treated the same way. It's a shame that places like this get a bad reputation because of one frustrated person. Someone should address this...

I don't recommend it. In fact, I advise against it. The quick access to the clinic shouldn't be surprising; I've learned why people don't come here. I've never encountered such a lack of organization as here. And the patient appointment system is a disgrace. Everyone comes at their convenience, which leads to conflicts.

Unfortunately, I have to agree with the first opinion 100%, and in addition, practically no doctor arrives on time, e.g. a urologist is late from 30 minutes to even an hour, and then he serves 25 patients for 1.5 to 2 hours, and during that time he also has a coffee break :)
