I'm embarrassed by the situation where a regular patient is deprived of help and simple human empathy in a life-threatening situation. Questions arise: Where is the Hippocratic Oath? Where is the calling? Where is the doctor who should first see the patient in need and then calculate (if at all) how much I'll earn today? This clinic will never make money off me again, never! And the doctor who dismissed me today, with a heavy hemorrhage, by applying lipstick to her beautiful lips and, when I pleaded, "Will you help me?", hissed "No"—please reconsider whether she hasn't missed her calling... you can earn just as much in aesthetic cosmetology as in a gynecologist's office!

I don't recommend it (and certainly not with Medicover). Patients must resolve any disagreements between the receptionist, the doctor, and Medicover, including their provider. Patients must know how to construct appropriate sentences to avoid inappropriate service delivery, especially if the referral comes from a doctor other than the one who will be performing the test. While I understand the doctor's perspective, who ultimately conducted the visit professionally, I unfortunately find the entire experience bizarre and frivolous.

I've been using the clinic's services for a long time. The front desk staff is excellent, and the doctors I've seen are fantastic. Dr. Stronias may have a unique approach to patients, but for me, he's great, and most importantly, he's a top professional.

The doctor is a professional, but if the client is a citizen of another country, it's rude to point out her poor pronunciation of Polish words and accuse her of not learning. People have different linguistic abilities, and doctors operate within a framework of ethics.

The lady at the front desk is wonderful and incredibly kind! The staff is brilliant and does a great job! Congratulations to the clinic for having such an employee! If only there were people like this everywhere, the world would be a better place :) Both by phone and in person, she's great! I also recommend Dr. Włodarczyk (gynecologist).
