I do not recommend neurologist Waldemar Pluto. I came in with an MRI showing a disc herniation and other changes. I was only given pain medication. My request for rehabilitation was ignored – I was referred to my family doctor. I reported severe headaches and a stiff neck, but the doctor refused to further diagnose or refer me for tests, claiming it was unrelated. Finally, I was told not to come back. Lack of commitment and empathy. One star is too much.

Why do they give appointments for an hour at the reception desk? When older people arrive an hour earlier than their scheduled appointments and don't come in on time, they simply take their turn? People have jobs and responsibilities. Appointments are made for arrivals at that time. At the ENT doctor's office, there's a woman who could call out names and tell you who's coming in when, but of course, why bother? The Polish healthcare system will be worthless for a long time.

In short, it's a "death camp"... doctors who should be open and seeing patients from 7 a.m., for example, arrive at 8 a.m. or later, then "serve" patients en masse or dismiss some of them. Calling and registering by phone, for example, is almost like winning the lottery. Two stars because I noticed the doctor waited 15 minutes for the results (he didn't have to)... so they're getting some human reflexes.
