  My wife scheduled a payment visit to a gynecologist on 31 March at Starmed Clinic in Gdansk. It is essential that this feedback is only about Starmed Clinic—they are renting one room for a gynecologist at the Aksamitna clinic building. I do not have any complaints about the Aksamitna clinic. This morning, the receptionist from Starmed called my wife and asked her to go to the doctor one hour and twenty minutes earlier. My wife was in the clinic one hour and forty minutes earlier. And... She had to sit at the cabinet entrance for fifty (!) minutes till I arrived to take her. All this time, different patients, who came later than my wife, silently entered the cabinet; one of the women eventually opened a door when the previous woman was still in the cabinet. Please remember that we are discussing a sensitive specialist! So, fifty minutes of waiting later, I came here, quickly talked to my wife, and decided to immediately leave this clinic because such service is absolutely not acceptable! Every medical can face a hard case, and the following scheduled appointments will be postponed. This is not an issue. The issue is the lack of transparency in the queue of visitors! If you play on the payment medical market, you must follow at least minimal standards of medical ethics and respect your patients! My questions to the Starmed Clinic owner: 1. Why have you still not created a clear rule for your personnel—only the doctor or his assistant can invite anyone to the cabinet? Why do patients silently open the door and enter the gynecologist's cabinet? This shocks! 2. Who and how actually plans the visit's time? If you have an unexpected situation, you're responsible for at least calling your patient or leaving the cabinet with your personnel and explaining the situation verbally why the visit is so late. 3. How long should patients wait without even understanding what actually happened? Is it some modern queue or anarchy, or was the patient's visit forgotten? My wife was waiting 50 minutes. I hope to get answers from the clinic owner.

  A ruthless corporate clinic that removed the GP service without providing any information. The receptionist deceives callers by claiming such services were never offered there and hangs up before they can ask any questions or even check if the patient is in their system.
