  I think this is the best facility in Chojnice. From the medical care to the cleaning staff. The receptionists are very helpful and empathetic. They always provide excellent advice and explanations. The collection center has highly trained staff – Ms. Sandra is a lovely nurse, extremely knowledgeable and professional. Ms. Kinga, who collects and prepares documentation at the collection center, is always very kind, reliable, and helpful. Our entire family is patients at this clinic. We couldn't have found a better pediatrician than Dr. Sarnecka – a wonderful doctor with a vocation for children. The gold medal goes to midwife P. Urbaniak, who made the postpartum period much easier. Dr. Ossowski is a wonderful doctor we can always count on. Nurse Ossowska is a wonderful person at the vaccination center who always gives good advice. Thank you so much for your help and for letting us know we can count on you.

  Everything is great, professional offices, competent doctors and ladies at the reception, however, the dentist is constantly late and sees patients at least half an hour after the scheduled appointment time every time, and we've been there 8 times already...

  I've been using this clinic for many years. I'm satisfied with the specialists' services. The only drawback, for which I have to deduct a star, is the difficulty in accepting cash payments. The ladies always have trouble getting change, which often prevents cash payments, despite round-robin treatment fees of PLN 90, PLN 230, and PLN 45. So this is deliberate.

  I'm in a dilemma because whenever I wanted to make an appointment with a specialist, the first place I called was the Therapeutic Clinic. All visits went smoothly and in a good atmosphere. My son has been going to Dr. Wenus for several years, and she's great; we've never complained, in fact, we've always recommended her. But recently, I had an appointment with my younger son with Dr. Urszula Till. She rushed my 6-year-old son's visit, lacking a shred of empathy and patience, which are especially important when working with children. Instead of support and a calm approach, there was a rushed approach and a tense atmosphere because she doesn't have time; other patients are waiting. But this was our time. After leaving the office, my son said, "Mom, I would have had that tooth done, but I needed time." Even the child felt the pressure. He left crying, and nothing was done. I was very disappointed; we definitely won't be going back to her. However, I highly recommend Dr. Wenus; she's a dentist with a great way with children.

  We don't even know what to write... we went for dental treatment with our 6-year-old, who had previously enjoyed going to his dentist, but because the cavities in his teeth were significant and the treatment more complicated, we decided to have the treatment at Therapeutica. Unfortunately, upon entering the office, we were met with a complete lack of empathy, a smile, and the kind of help that is usually essential for a child who is afraid of such a visit. The dentist, unwilling to do her job, rolled her eyes and constantly reiterated our son's lack of cooperation. The visit lasted literally 11 minutes, three of which I spent filling out paperwork. The dentist said that if he turned on the TV with a cartoon, the child would cooperate. Unfortunately, the cartoon wasn't enough. Next time, we suggest talking to young patients and explaining the process to them. Avoid them completely; not only has our son developed a new fear, but we also spent (Warning!) 320 PLN, including 180 PLN for the child's "uncooperativeness." The lady smiled and handed me a piece of paper with the phone number of another facility in Człuchów, adding, "Maybe they can handle it there."
