What's going on at this clinic is a disaster. The doctor is constantly away, and when she does show up, it's only for two hours. She smokes cigarettes outside the clinic. She's incredibly rude and arrogant. She refused to write me referrals because she thought it was too much at once, and I only wanted the three referrals I needed. She commented on all my ailments: "First of all, take out your nose ring. It'll improve, and then start smiling and going for walks." She refused to write me a medical certificate, which I had to submit to my new job because she said the work was too strenuous and I should go to work at Rossmann... I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

After scheduling a teleconsultation, I received no contact for eight hours. After calling again, I was informed that a doctor was only available for a few hours and that I wouldn't receive a sick note. I strongly advise against it; it's better to use a paid teleconsultation than this urgent care clinic.

This clinic is a joke. There's no family doctor on staff. To find out if there's a replacement, the receptionist texts the doctor, telling you to call the next day, so to speak. It's also unclear if you'll be able to get in because you don't know if the doctor will respond to your text. 😂😂😂😂. People pay fucking premiums their entire lives just to pay for private treatment for the rest of their lives. This clinic treats people with the utmost respect; they have no respect for money, which is something else entirely.

I was getting vaccinated and the doctor stuck the needle in my head not only in the wrong place but also too deep and she had to correct it, it was just a terrible place.
