  We are very pleased with the services at Zdrowa Huta Clinic. We greatly appreciate the staff's compassion and efficiency in filling prescriptions and scheduling appointments. Our entire family is Dr. Maksalen's patients. She is a wonderful family doctor, incredibly empathetic, patient, and always supportive. We feel truly listened to and cared for.   I would like to wholeheartedly thank Dr. Tomasz Bojar for his professionalism and prompt assistance. I came to him after a misdiagnosis by another doctor who ignored my symptoms. Dr. Bojar was the only one who remained vigilant – he immediately ordered a beta-HCG test and performed a very thorough ultrasound, which allowed for an accurate diagnosis and avoided further complications. He is a doctor who truly listens to his patients, doesn't downplay problems, and is focused on specifics. I feel cared for and safe. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable specialist with a compassionate approach. Thank you!

  At first, the impression was great. Orderliness, patients on time, modern, and the "golden handles" are better than at Luxmed. The magic breaks when the winter peak of illnesses arrives. Three attempts to register my daughter, who has a fever of 40 degrees Celsius, ended in failure. The first time I called at 10 a.m., the lady said it was too late, please call again tomorrow at 7 a.m. The next day, at 7 a.m., I called and found myself number 69 in the queue. After waiting half an hour, I had to cancel, already at work. I called at 9 a.m., and there were no appointments. Today, I waited politely from 7 a.m. sharp, and finally... I waited my turn... The lady answered and said there were no appointments. I'm a calm person, but I'm telling her! What should I do? My daughter is sick? Should I treat her with ibuprofen for a week myself, like some kind of healer? To which the woman hung up. No comment... I called somewhere else... For us, this is the end of our adventure with this clinic...

  We've been going to the clinic for several years with our children for vaccinations, checkups, and for infections. The doctors are competent, dedicated, always ready to help and answer all questions. The nurses are also very good at their job, administering vaccinations well, and are very communicative and kind. The receptionists are friendly and thorough. Although we have private healthcare available, we prefer to bring our children to the Healthy Huta because we know we'll receive genuine, holistic help and understanding of our concerns and needs. I highly recommend them!

  I definitely don't recommend visiting Karolina Makselan. The doctor was very rude, the appointment was delayed, and we felt like intruders in the office. A lack of empathy for a feverish toddler is one thing, but the lack of basic hygiene and any gentleness during the examination was a bit much. Instead of receiving specific help and a thorough examination, we were simply dismissed and sent away empty-handed. A complete lack of professionalism. A waste of time and the child's anxiety.
