The woman at the endocrinology clinic's registration desk was very nice. Dr. Pyrda-Wójcik was very competent and knowledgeable. She was very polite and explained everything in detail and in a humane way. One negative point for the women at the blood collection center: I always leave the procedure room feeling like I've just "fought a war," with three plasters, even though my veins are "like a dream" and I've never had a problem getting blood drawn at any other location.

I had my X-ray done privately here – no appointments required, just show up with a referral and they'll take the X-rays right away. The technician wasn't very friendly and didn't seem to enjoy her job. I got the results immediately on a CD, but you have to wait 2-3 days for the report. It's very strange, though, that in this type of facility, you can't pay by card or get a receipt, and you have to pay cash directly to the technician...

I tried calling the registration desk from 8:00 a.m. today, and only managed to get through at 8:20 a.m. Unfortunately, when the receptionist finally answered, she informed me there were no more slots available. I tried to explain that my doctor had instructed me to come in today, and I had already called on Friday without success. The response was that there were other patients who needed to be attended to. I would like to emphasize that more than one person works at the registration desk, which makes me even more skeptical as to why it took so long to answer the phone. When I expressed my opinion about the difficulty in getting through, the receptionist's reaction was unprofessional – I was even accused of saying my words were embarrassing. This behavior is unacceptable to me and leaves a very negative impression of the reception desk at this facility. I suggest that the staff receive training in patient care to avoid similar unpleasant situations in the future.

We've just finished waiting two hours to see a doctor, despite our scheduled appointment. It's shocking and disbelieving how people can be treated this way. I understand that delays can happen, but not two hours! One woman with an appointment at 12:20 was told by the doctor to arrive at 2:00 PM. What a complete lack of respect and empathy. The people working at this facility should be ashamed of their attitude...

Doctors are over an hour late. The wait at the clinic itself isn't any shorter either, as we're currently waiting for 1.5 hours despite our scheduled appointment time. It's a complete lack of respect for others. We'll be looking for another clinic because what's happening here is a joke!
