The midwife who registers patients is very empathetic, kind, and always helpful. Dr. Milenik is also a great gynecologist; I wholeheartedly recommend him.

I don't know what to think: I came with a referral for an antibiotic injection, due today. The nurse said she wouldn't administer it because she only administers injections from DOCTORS WHO ARE HER FAMILIES(!). Therefore, I was obviously denied treatment – the facility was covered by the National Health Fund, and I was insured.

The receptionists were rude and unsympathetic, refusing to provide any information regarding the doctor. It's a disaster; it would be better to go to Piła. Besides, I was told by the receptionist that if I wasn't satisfied, I could go to Piła.

The receptionist is being held accountable. I called a week earlier for a prescription, but it wasn't issued. Then they don't answer. And when I call and say I need it today, the receptionist snaps at me, saying no one is available today and I should call another time, even though it was their mistake. There's no help, no apology for the mistake. The gynecologist and midwife are fine, but the reception desk is a disaster.

I'd also like to commend the receptionists this time. I've checked in at this clinic many times, either for myself or my mother. Since I live out of town, I usually do it by phone, and so far, I haven't experienced any rudeness from them. They're always friendly and provide excellent service. The appointment times are the same as in the rest of the Polish healthcare system, but not the longest. These women are just people, and like everyone else, they have better and worse days.
