Today was my first visit to this hospital, and it turned into a day I’ll never forget. The front desk ladies greeted me so warmly, and the doctor was incredibly kind — but what truly touched my heart was the quiet kindness of a stranger. I got lost trying to find the right room and showed the room number to a small group of elderly patients nearby. They all tried to help in their own gentle way, but one elderly woman stood out. She smiled at me — the warmest, most comforting smile — and, even though it was clear walking was difficult for her, she slowly stood up and kindly walked me all the way to my room. She didn’t have to…but she did, carefully and patiently, her smile never fading. When we arrived, she made sure I was safely inside before leaving — like a grandmother making sure her own grandchild was alright. I can’t stop thinking about her even now. Such a small act, but it filled my heart with unexpected joy. This hospital felt full of kindness today — from the staff to this beautiful stranger. When I turned to say thank you, she smiled even more, and I could feel the joy in her heart knowing she was happy to help me. I left feeling grateful, reminded that simple human goodness can truly brighten a day. ❤️ God bless her.

While at the gynecologist's office, I felt uncomfortable because the gynecologist wasn't very empathetic, everything seemed off, and he spoke with a resentful tone. I didn't like it.

I strongly advise against using this facility – avoid it completely! The facility accepts registrations through the LekarzbezKolejki.pl platform, but they clearly don't know how to use it. After two unsuccessful attempts to register online, I decided to call. The woman at the registration desk informed me that the date listed on the website wasn't actually available. Instead, she suggested a phone appointment for December 30, 2024, at 3:30 PM. I confirmed this date, informing them that I might be 10 minutes late because I finish work at 3:00 PM and the facility is 30 km away (the closest option in my area). The woman at the registration desk advised me to call the next day to inform the midwife about any delays. I did so – the midwife assured me that a 10-minute delay wouldn't be a problem. On the day of my appointment, I set off straight after work, rushing 30 km to get there on time. However, upon arrival, the midwife informed me that I could forget about my appointment because, WARNING, I wasn't registered. I was sent to the registration desk, where they confirmed that my name wasn't registered in the system, despite previous phone calls. The result? Wasted time, money, and a round-trip journey. A complete lack of professionalism and respect for the patient. I do not recommend this place and warn against it!

You don't have to wait months for an appointment with your family doctor. That's a plus. But the downside is that many diagnoses are made without taking any tests😔
