My visit with Professor Myśliwiec was a huge disappointment. Despite feeling very unwell (nausea, weakness, lack of energy) and specific abnormalities in my tests (ferritin 18, vitamin D 21, HOMA-IR 2.11, and the lower limit of FT4), I was ignored. Not only did he refer me to the "food pyramid," claiming I was forcing myself to look for a doctor, but he also questioned the credibility of the results, claiming that the laboratory (the nationwide Diagnostyka network) "must have performed the tests incorrectly" because he didn't know him. This is an escape from a reliable diagnosis for a patient who is truly suffering. Instead of specialist help, I received general advice and questioned the validity of my certified blood results. I do not recommend him to anyone seeking professional support for metabolic problems.
