  I don't recommend this doctor. I had a run-in with her at the hospital on Kopernika Street in Krakow. After her wonderful examination, I had spotting for a day and a half. She was so incredibly upset that I was admitted to the ward. She tried to question the decisions of two other doctors at every turn. She showed zero respect for both the staff and the patients. I hope I never see her again. This doctor shouldn't be dealing with people. Women come in with problems and worries about their babies, and she doesn't help them at all; she just adds to their worries.

  The worst gynecologist I've ever seen and dealt with. It's shocking that such doctors are wasting their time in the pathology departments of pregnancy at Kopernika in Krakow. She has no approach to patients, is mean and arrogant. This woman should have been out of this profession long ago. Run away from her.

  Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the doctor who managed my pregnancy. In the meantime, I also went to another doctor's private practice, but I couldn't afford the treatment, so I finally decided to see Dr. Richter. She was very cold, dismissive, and almost snorted when I mentioned my bleeding problem and that I was looking for a trustworthy doctor with whom I could remain a permanent patient. She also responded dismissively and with a sneer to what I had told her about the recommendations of previous doctors, which I had doubts about. However, she didn't clearly point out what was wrong with the previous diagnoses and was unable or unwilling to address them. I asked the doctor several times what further recommendations and actions she recommended, whether the bleeding should stop, when, and what I should do if it doesn't stop. She couldn't/wouldn't answer any of them—observe, initiate diagnostic treatment, maybe do an ultrasound... But all of this seemed "out of her"—it seemed like she didn't want to treat me or care for me. The scolding and dismissive tone of the conversation, the entire visit conducted with great grace, the lack of understanding and help when I was truly terrified by my condition—all of this caused me to leave the office in tears, even though I'm not the faint of heart. :( Of course, the doctor was late for work and instead of seeing patients at 2:00 PM, she started at 2:50 PM. I'm surprised Ujastek employs such a person!

  I visited the doctor at the clinic at Ujastek Hospital in Krakow. Despite regular intercourse for a long time (two years), I can't get pregnant. I'm not even considering the desire for a second child, but this situation suggests that something is wrong. Of course, I wasn't expecting a miracle, that the doctor would immediately tell me the cause of my infertility and make a diagnosis (as she had accused me of). However, I was hoping for a basic set of tests and possibly a referral to other specialists. Instead, I heard complaints from the doctor, such as: "Why am I here and what do I expect from her?" I should generally see an endocrinologist, but I need a referral (of course, she didn't write one herself), and suggestions for private clinics (yes, I understand that many tests in this area aren't covered by the National Health Fund, but I'm sure I'm entitled to basic tests if I pay for them). Basically, during the entire visit, the doctor did absolutely NOTHING, a month of waiting for an appointment, half a day wasted, and I had to wait in line to see the doctor... It's a waste of time... And to think that such a doctor works and we pay for her work...

  The most unpleasant doctor I've ever encountered... I'll never set foot in her office again. I wanted to get my ovaries checked because I was struggling with a cyst. The doctor was outraged that I'd seen her four years ago and then gone elsewhere. Throughout the entire visit, she made nasty comments about me going to a private gynecologist while my Pap smear was covered by the National Health Fund (NFZ), saying she didn't understand people like that, saying their behavior was vulgar. I discourage all young women from seeing the respected Dr. Richter, as she can effectively make gynecological visits unpleasant. I left the office very disappointed, with tears in my eyes. I hope she's not like this in private, because if she is, I sincerely sympathize with her loved ones.
