I do not recommend this clinic. It doesn't matter when I call, the appointments are scheduled for a maximum of two weeks. The conversation with the woman who answers the phone is at grade school level. They're dismissive and unpleasant, and they dismiss their patients. Every time I try to get in, they refer me to the emergency room and the emergency room. I've reported this matter to the appropriate authorities. It's a disaster.

My child has been at the clinic for years. Dr. Rułkowska is a very good pediatrician. Unfortunately, I've been told several times that there are no appointments for sick children. The reception staff has little trouble helping. I always hear a firm "no," and there's no point in asking for an additional appointment. When I ask the reception staff, they refuse! It's sad because the current reception staff have significantly changed the clinic's quality and reputation.

A fantastic clinic with qualified staff and a wonderful, personalized approach to each patient! Dr. Dorota Rułkowska is the best pediatrician, both in terms of knowledge and her approach to children. Despite the high patient load, they always find a place for emergency cases. The entire clinic deserves a 5⭐, not only for the quality of the doctors but also for the level and approach of the other team members. The nurses' room, where I often feel like the staff are more sensitive to the injections, blood draws, and vaccinations than the kids. The receptionists are always ready to offer advice or squeeze you in. In short, I highly recommend her if you're looking for a place where real people do good work for others.

Very good pediatric care. Dr. Rułkowska is a very nice and kind person who knows her job. She explains everything and gives advice and tries to help, even by phone. If there's no room, she will make sure your child is seen if an urgent appointment is needed. Best regards to the entire team who work there. They are wonderful people with a passion for their work.
