I would like to sincerely thank and express my immense gratitude to the staff of the night and holiday healthcare services at the hospital in Blachownia. I have used this facility several times – both for recurring sinusitis and, most recently, during a severe case of influenza A – and each time I received prompt, professional, and effective assistance. The doctor sees me almost immediately after registration, there are no long waits, and the entire staff – both doctors and nurses – are very kind, helpful, and committed. The diagnoses have always been accurate, and the chosen treatment is effective. The efficient organization of work is also a major plus – all formalities and the visit itself are handled quickly and without unnecessary waiting, allowing you to receive help almost immediately, without stress or frustration. This place provides a sense of security and confidence that the patient will receive appropriate care. Thank you for your professionalism, empathy, and the help I received!

Critical Assessment of Patient Care and Communication I strongly advise against using the services of this facility. My opinion is based on the dramatic experiences my wife and I experienced during my stay in the gynecology ward. My main concerns concern the following: • Diagnostic and treatment procedures: In my opinion, the diagnostic process was ineffective, and the initial diagnoses raise serious doubts in light of my wife's subsequent deterioration. • Communication barriers: In my opinion, the medical staff avoided providing reliable information. We encountered situations that I consider bizarre – for example, medication administered incorrectly (orally instead of vaginally). The refusal to provide an accurate temperature reading or the lack of specific information about the ingredients of the medications administered (replied with a perfunctory "it's medicine"). This lack of transparency created enormous stress. • Serious complications: During my stay, my health deteriorated dramatically, including sepsis, miscarriage, and the need for a blood transfusion. I believe that if the staff had responded to my symptoms more quickly and appropriately, this level of suffering could have been avoided. • Staff attitude: I deeply disagree with their professional ethics and approach to the patient and family. The lack of empathy and transparency in a life-threatening situation is unacceptable to me. In summary: My stay at this hospital was associated with immense pain and trauma. As the patient's husband, I feel compelled to warn others against choosing this facility if you expect full information about your health and a personalized approach to the patient.

I recently went to visit a friend. In general surgery. The nurses act like they've just come from somewhere. One was yelling at a girl who had surgery, saying she had to bring her a bedpan. I don't know, when she went into nursing and then to work, did she not know she'd be doing things like this? Shocking. Really. Everything is a problem. Their faces make you lose interest in everything. When Dr. Rajczyk worked, everything was perfect. Those were the days when they earned much less than now, but with him, they acted like nurses. Now it's a nightmare. Diapers for bedridden patients are changed once a day. ONCE A DAY! She takes care of elderly people. And I can't imagine changing a patient's diaper once a day. And then complaining that I have to give him a bedpan or a nursing pad. That I have to take care of him. The excuse that there are three for the entire ward is simply pathetic. Because it's not the patients' fault. Back when the previous company had a hospital, it was a disaster. I was reaching out to the nurses for support. They themselves were afraid of what it would all look like. The hospital was in a terrible state. Later, it improved when Scanmed took over. But what's happening there now, the treatment of patients, the stripping of their dignity, the humiliation, the lack of empathy... No, it's simply a joke. Nurses used to complain about not earning enough. Now they earn very good money. However, that doesn't give them permission to treat patients this way. How can this be possible? How can a patient after surgery, when everything hurts, be told not to cry because they're an adult, not a child, or something similar? How can they? If nurses don't want to interact with people, they could have become, I don't know, accountants. Empathy doesn't play a key role there. I'm waiting for someone to get really angry and write a long article. Or bring in "Uwaga" or something similar. Since it really moved me, as a visitor who was there for a while, and people were actually talking about what was going on there... I'm surprised it doesn't move the patients' families. You'll probably want me to email it to you. I can. Only then will only you see it. And you'll be able to, to put it bluntly, ignore it. That's why I'm writing here. Get your staff back on track. I don't know, send them to some workshops on empathy and patient care. Or hire caregivers. Then they'll be carrying bedpans, washing, and changing people's clothes. And they won't have to travel abroad. From what I understand, for what one nurse currently earns, two or three caregivers would be working with their hands painted. Two or three people to replace one. The fact that there are three nurses for the entire ward isn't the patients' fault. The fact that a nurse is supposed to care for a patient, bring a bedpan, administer medications, help with washing, etc., is the nurse's RESPONSIBILITY. Not the patients' fault. Things were completely different under Dr. Rajczyk. You're sorely missed at this hospital. A few years ago, I gave birth to my child here. The care was quite good. I can't really complain. There were things I didn't like, but they were nonsense. However, what I saw now... Shocking. I'm wondering if I should write to all the people who gave you a similar review to mine. And make a proper article out of it. Zawodzie, Parkitka – they haven't enjoyed favorable reviews for a long time. It's always been better here. It used to be.

I would like to thank the medical staff for their professional service on February 5th of this year, from 8:30 PM to 11:00 PM. This applies to both the doctor and nurse (Ms. Ania) from the 24-hour night care service, as well as the emergency room staff, Dr. Sylwia, and nurses Marlena and Kinga. I received not only attentive care but also understanding and support. Being surrounded by kind and empathetic people makes the pain and anxiety easier to bear. Thank you again.

Ponownie podeszłem do pań pielęgniarek informując o kroplufce.
