A fantastic place. The doctors are incredibly kind, courteous, and professional, and they treat their patients with complete dedication. Paulina and Ewa at the front desk are exceptionally helpful, friendly, and always smiling. One can only envy such staff. A visit to Salus Medical Center in Słupiec is a pleasure and a complete sense of well-being. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

Today, we visited Salus in Słupiec with my son for the first time. The ladies at the registration desk were so helpful and kind, it was truly surprising. I also wanted to thank Ms. Natalia Sekelik once again. She has been with us since my son was born, and if it weren't for her in his first weeks, who knows what his health would be like now. The same goes for Ms. Edyta, who was the first to vaccinate my children, despite the suspicion that my son had a serious illness. Despite this, both doctors have a very extensive knowledge of vaccines and truly "educate" parents on this issue. I would also like to commend the feedback from Salus. The registration issue we reported has been resolved; we hope it won't happen again.

I would like to express my very positive opinion of Dr. Tatiana Tsalkina, a young dermatologist. She is distinguished by her high level of professionalism and individualized approach to each patient. She performs examinations and procedures with great care, and is able to clearly and easily explain any concerns and recommend the best solutions. I value not only her knowledge and commitment, but also her responsibility – when something concerning appears, she does not downplay the symptoms and refers the patient to an oncologist, ensuring their safety and health. I can wholeheartedly recommend her as an excellent specialist who combines medical knowledge with empathy and patient care.

The ladies at the reception are nice and helpful, they make appointments with the pediatrician without a problem, but they could start answering the phone... because it's impossible to get through, and I don't want to run around with every issue in person.

Along with the recommendations of my employer and friends, I called the hotline to arrange an occupational medicine visit at the branch in Słupiec. A very nice lady from Ząbkowice who answered the phone informed me that a nurse from Słupiec would call me tomorrow at the latest to arrange a date for the visit. It's the beginning of July and the next day at the beginning of May hasn't come yet, because no one has called - I'm still waiting for contact, and in the meantime I called the competition, where on the first call I received an appointment date during which I sorted everything out, so unfortunately the hotline was ok, but the point in Słupiec not so much for me, so it's hard for me to recommend, because I wasn't served...
