The website states that Dr. Jolanta Grabowska sees both children and adults for appointments, but I don't recommend seeing a child unless you want to create a grudge against doctors. She showed zero attention to the child and rude behavior. After the child started crying (at age 4), she was sent off indignantly for a blood test, and without any explanation of what to do next or where to make an appointment when the results came back, the visit ended. The entire visit lasted maybe 5 minutes because the doctor, after pointing out all the child's behavior, such as how someone could behave like that, how she could cry like that, simply stated that she wasn't fit to continue working. Her approach to the child was very, very poor, even critical. It's a shame that Google reviews don't allow negative ratings, so I'm forced to give her one star.

Unfortunately, I don't recommend visiting Mr. Nowaczyk. I was very disappointed with the quality of the consultation... :( During the visit, the radio was blaring loudly from the computer, and the doctor didn't seem to be listening – he asked the same question three times... He didn't conduct a basic interview (no questions about chronic illnesses, medications, or other important symptoms). I felt he wasn't interested in my problem :( It's a shame, because I went there because of the previous positive reviews...

My child's appointment was scheduled for 3:35 PM and confirmed in the morning. We live quite far away, so we left well in advance, with some extra time. Unfortunately, some traffic situations are simply unpredictable. I entered the office with my daughter at 3:41 PM—six minutes late—and was told the doctor was already gone. My daughter was the last patient, and because the doctor had worked faster and waited until the appointed time, he left while we were gone. I feel so deeply sorry. Simply put. Often, we, the patients, wait patiently outside the office because of delays. That made me feel even more sorry. This is a private facility, so I think this situation could have been handled differently—with a little flexibility and mutual understanding. Will we return? Of course. The doctor is a trusted, excellent specialist, and this opinion is not aimed at him personally. I just wish that some conclusions were drawn from this – because we, the patients, will always be there, but… it's worth it for us to feel cared for too.
