  Above all, Dr. Edyta M. and Dr. Natalia S. are a huge plus. Their skillful approach to children, detailed interviews, and medication selection – they truly are experts in their field! The receptionists are friendly, and the hotline staff usually tries to help solve the problem, especially when the pediatrician's appointments are full. Sometimes they even try to squeeze a child in, though it's rare. And for that, 4 stars. On the other hand, Dr. Aleksandra M. – I haven't had a single positive experience with her yet; she always locks herself in the office for long periods of time or leaves after each patient. A few days ago, I arrived for an appointment with my 4-year-old at 1:40 PM. The child had a fever. There was another man in line ahead of us. The doctor was seeing someone in the office, and when the patient left, she left, locked the office, and went upstairs. She was gone for a good 10 minutes. Then she left again. When she returned, she saw the man before us, and he left with a referral to the outpatient clinic. It was our turn. After hearing my first statement that the child had a fever, she interrupted and announced that it was definitely the flu. I was scolded like a preschooler for not being vaccinated against the flu, and then she told us to go get a flu test at the outpatient clinic. At 2:30 PM, I received information from the outpatient clinic that the child had tested positive for COVID. With this information, we waited until 3:45 PM for the doctor to see us again. In the meantime, she only saw the man who was in line ahead of us, who was also getting tested. After he left, a man entered the office, greeted the doctor loudly with "Hi!", and they locked themselves inside. After a while, the receptionist went into the office and reminded the doctor that I was waiting at the door with my child. I knocked several times. The child was already crying from exhaustion and had a fever. At 3:45 PM, the doctor graciously opened the office door after I knocked again, asking, surprised, what was going on! I said I was waiting with my child after the test. "Well, come in," the doctor said, as if the door had been open constantly! Inside, the doctor's guest was sitting, with a laptop on her lap. No one explained who she was, what she was doing, or whether she was even allowed to be there during a patient's visit. I said the child tested positive for COVID, and the doctor, as if she hadn't heard, began explaining how to give the child flu medication. She gave a recipe for ginger juice, onion inhalation, recommended raspberry juice, chokeberry juice, and to warm up under a blanket. And so it is every time I have an appointment with Dr. M. I arrived at 1:40 PM and left with my child at 4 PM. The doctor had seen three patients and one visitor during that time.

  I'd like to share my experience using the laboratory services at the Salus clinic on Kusocińskiego Street in Kłodzko. I'm very pleased with the women who work there. They are two young women, one with curly hair, the other with long, dark hair. Both women are amazing at drawing blood and their approach to patients. They demonstrate incredible empathy, precision, and patience with younger, slightly older, and frightened children, and of course, adults. They do it practically painlessly. My son, who always worries about having to have his blood drawn, said after his visit that he'll only walk with one of them from now on. I send my warmest regards to these women, although I don't remember their names, and I hope they continue to do their work as they have done so far. Best regards, a satisfied patient.

  The reception staff is very polite and helpful. The women at the collection point are very kind and professional, they don't "explode" veins, and there are no bruises after the blood draw. The registration system and queues are also well-managed, so there are no arguments outside the office about who's coming in – a big plus. Calling the clinic and registering with a primary care physician or privately is no problem. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

  It's a nightmare to make an appointment with an allergist. I called before the holidays, and they told me to call at the beginning of January. I called after the holidays, and the doctor said there were no appointments available for January. My Luxmed appointment has been the same for three months. You pay for private healthcare to have access to doctors, and they still want to rip you off.
