  I think Dr. Janusz Hass, an orthopedist, is the greatest doctor I know. He has a sense of humor, is cheerful, and always smiles—he dedicates time to me, even forty minutes at a time. I've seen many doctors, mostly privately, and this particular doctor (on the National Health Fund) helped me with shoulder pain that had been going on for a year and a half.   This must be some kind of mistake... On Tuesday, I got the flu; I couldn't get out of bed. The next day, when I was feeling a little better, I called the doctor and was told there were no more appointments available that day and, as an exception, they could schedule me for the next day. At the appointment, I described all my symptoms, the "doctor" prescribed medication, and said she wouldn't backdate me with two days' sick leave! I quote, "You've probably been working for a long time and know you need to get sick leave! You should have done your best to see a doctor!" What a shame! You're sick, and when you call, they tell you there's no room left, and then they refuse to give you sick leave! I was told I should come in the morning and join the queue... With a fever? Sit and wait until someone kindly sees you, or maybe not? Infect other patients? Then why are there these appointments by the hour? Ridiculous... After this incident, I went to the deputy director of the facility, but she also told me the same thing... I wouldn't wish treatment at this facility on anyone; it's scary to get sick. I hope this doesn't go unnoticed.

  I like this place. The ladies at the reception are friendly and smiling. The administration (Ms. Monika, a true gem) is new. Dr. Kapszewicz has a very professional approach to the patient. She looks for the cause, not just a bare diagnosis. This is appreciated. Other doctors also have a professional approach. I recommend it.

  The staff is friendly. Everything would be great if you implemented a patient call system. We constantly have to deal with some old woman because she had an appointment, even though the doctor sees us two hours later than the time she says.

  I can't recommend Dr. Korzeniewska-Jaworska enough, and she's also the facility's deputy director. She wasn't even willing to spare a few minutes to give me a referral to a psychologist, which I desperately needed at the time. She said, quote, "it's almost six o'clock," pointing to her watch. There was one person ahead of me for a prescription, and I only got a referral. As you can see, the doctor was still around during the communist era and isn't as "consistently devoted to her patients for many years" as she claims on her website.
