  I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Zmysłowska. After many previous, less-than-stellar experiences with dentists, I finally found a doctor who makes me feel at ease and safe. She is very professional, thorough, and has a great approach to patients. A huge thank you to Ms. Oliwia at the front desk – she patiently answered all my questions and was a great help in choosing a doctor. Thanks to her, I found Dr. Zmysłowska, and it was a great decision.

  I don't recommend this clinic. I had a colonoscopy appointment scheduled for Saturday and was a bit surprised it was on the weekend. However, I received a notification the day before to confirm my appointment. But on Saturday, there was a notice posted saying the doctor was unable to perform any endoscopic procedures due to illness. There was no one at the reception desk, no information. On Monday, I received a call from them, deeply apologizing for the situation and asking if I wanted to reschedule my appointment. It turned out that some patients had been informed and their appointments had been canceled, while others hadn't had time to call. I think this is simply disrespectful treatment of patients. I should also add that I traveled from Toruń for my appointment.

  My review is solely about the dentist I went to with a toothache. The dentist insisted there was nothing she could do and sent me home, despite the toothache and my requests for an examination. I went privately and had four teeth removed, and the one I mentioned had a visible hole, which the dentist downplayed. I thought I could get something through the National Health Fund, but apparently not. Of course, the hours are only mornings, so I also need to take time off.

  I recommend this dermatologist. I just had my second appointment to check and confirm the effectiveness of the medications. After the first visit, the doctor knew exactly what the problem was, even though I hadn't even started talking about my symptoms yet. He literally cleared up the whole system in 5 minutes. My visits were pleasant, concise and to the point, with absolutely no negative feedback. I highly recommend him. In my opinion, the BEST dermatologist in this city. I should add that both visits were covered by the National Health Fund.

  I wanted to cancel my appointment with a specialist so someone could register for me. Unfortunately, I spent 30 minutes calling and waiting (including 15 minutes waiting for the first person in line) and nothing—no response. Oh well, the appointment will be gone, and someone else could have benefited.
