It's been over four months since my surgery at Sanitas, and now I can share my experience. Being Dutch and barely speaking Polish, I was a little apprehensive about the whole thing. But what can I say? Everything went very well. From my first meeting with a very nice and helpful woman at the registration desk, the doctor, the anaesthetic team , they were all very skilled, and for me also important they spoke English. I also can't forget the nurses, who, without exception, were all professional and very kind. a special thanks to nurse Kasia I..., because it's nice when you get out of narcose, someone in perfect English ask you how you feel,and she gave me all kinds of information about my operation.I highly recommend Sanitas!

A very racist hospital. I was very sick and needed to see a doctor, but they told me to bring a sworn translator with me because I am not Polish. During my entire stay in Poland, no other hospital told me to come with one. I am not advising any foreigner to go there

ETA: Once I got an appointment (via the website) the rest of the appointment was quite good. The receptionist and doctor were kind and solved my issue promptly. So although the calling stage was problematic, the appointment itself was satisfactory. On the internet, it's advertised as a clinic suitable for foreign patients, but when I call reception, they tell me they cannot speak English. I contacted the secretariat about the issue, who then told me to call reception again. Then the same conversation happened where one lady referred me to another and the other lady tells me again "I speak Polish". So how are foreign patients supposed to get treatment without making an appointment? Already a failure at the appointment stage, I don't suggest you waste your time calling.

Such a disrespectful and rude company. A huge mess. You would think they are there to help. This company has left nothing but a bad taste in my mouth. The receptionists or whoever’s on the other side of the phone should be replaced. There’s a way to speak to patients or answer enquiries. After countless of times calling over the years I’ve had the same experience. They hear english they either hang up or disconnect the line. Sort out your customer service or stay receiving bad reviews which will not only harm your business but get you blacklisted.

The reception staff are very racist, not welcoming at all to foreigners who cannot speak Polish. They are rude and not willing to assist at all. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone. Zero star infact
