  I've never seen such poor organization anywhere in Gliwice's clinics. The wait time for registration is longer than in the emergency room at Kościuszki Street Hospital. The service is far from adequate, except for the nurse who's trying his best to help with lab tests. As for the occupational medicine doctors, there's such chaos in making diagnoses. Most importantly, this is the only clinic that orders lab tests at 10:30 a.m. and keeps patients fasting all day, until one patient fainted on the stairs, breaking his eyebrow. I don't recommend this clinic, not as a contract clinic, let alone one from Luxmed.

  Yesterday, I had my initial tests and I'm very happy with my visit. Everything went smoothly, in a pleasant and professional atmosphere. The staff was polite, helpful, and thoroughly explained every step of the process. I felt cared for and treated with respect. I highly recommend this facility.

  ⸻ Pacześniowski What happened to me with this man is a shock to me. He started off by saying under his breath that I was using my phone during his appointment, calling it a "social disease," even though he hadn't even seen me yet because he was finishing up on the computer after the previous visitor. So, I don't think there's a ban on using my phone, especially when the appointment hadn't started yet and I was waiting quietly without disturbing anyone. I also replied to a text from work. My phone was on silent, and he hadn't even seen me yet. I might add that he was on the phone about 10 minutes later, while the appointment was already underway :). First of all, I came in for an appointment to have a mole checked on my neck, and he immediately noticed moles on my chest as well, which was disgusting and unprofessional, to say the least! I'm talking about my neck, and he's talking about my breasts, which he'd been staring at the whole time. After the breasts, he suggested I take off my clothes to examine the rest of my body, as he'd already concluded I probably had more moles (I didn't). I said he could check my moles. He put a hand on my neck, so he began the examination. During this examination, he got so close to me that I could feel his disgusting breath. It was incredibly embarrassing and uncomfortable. His head was deliberately at the level of my breasts, and he didn't get more than a centimeter closer to me—he was practically glued to me, constantly glancing at the center of my breasts, and his head was already right next to my mouth. He was just so close to me. It was the worst visit I've ever had in my entire life. I feel verbally and physically abused. Not to mention that during the visit, he winked at me and smiled disgustingly, and was very confident in what he was doing... It's impossible to even fully describe what happened then, but I feel like my rights were seriously disregarded. From the very beginning, he gave me signals that he would have to harass me. I sensed from the outset that this visit wouldn't be pleasant. Unfortunately, after this experience, I feel mentally unwell and very stressed—just as I was. I was stressed during this visit. Due to stress, embarrassment, and shame, I didn't know what to do and just wanted to get through the visit and leave. This man has alienated me from doctors and made me lose interest in any treatment. I understand that a man is older and might be interested in younger women, but you either have to be a doctor or you shouldn't be practicing this profession, and I came to see a doctor, not a club. The winking and sexist expressions were inappropriate from the start, let alone the text about breasts when I came in with a problem on my neck—that's not normal. I had more moles to remove, which are problematic, and I wanted to show them, but he put me off from the very beginning. I don't even want to think about what would have happened if I'd taken off my shirt... I feel like vomiting just thinking about what happened. I highly do not recommend this doctor to young women. It was obvious and palpable from the very beginning that he was very perverted. Unfortunately, such texts or gestures are inappropriate in a doctor. doctor, directed to a young woman by a man of about 70... I've been to doctors before and never had situations like this. The doctor always shows complete professionalism with the woman, without any ambiguous behavior...

  I'm very satisfied. Quick appointments, and the receptionists are incredibly kind. It's rare in other clinics that someone calls back if you can't get through. Here, it's truly fantastic. The staff takes into account that a child has an appointment, so they're able to move the hours so it's not too late. Dr. Wieprzycki is a great doctor for my son. So, I'm very satisfied.

  I recommend the speech therapy clinic in Sanvita. Initially, I went with my daughter, and now with my son. The therapy is effective. The receptionists are very kind and helpful. Before his appointment, my son receives a sticker from the receptionist, which he sticks in his speech therapy notebook, which makes him more willing to come to the office for his sessions.
