Dr. Buchalska is a wonderful doctor, empathetic and warm-hearted. She explains everything, and the treatment is effective. She tries to help as much as she can. The receptionists are also very helpful and kind. Thank you!

Dr. Martyna Buchalska is very friendly and competent. However, you need to be patient because there are significant delays at almost every appointment. In the seven appointments I've been to, there has always been a 30-minute delay, and at my last appointment, the doctor was a full hour late. It would be nice if the receptionists called in advance to warn about delays or reserved a longer time for the patient. At this point, the time is clearly too short, and the scheduled times don't match the actual time. Best regards.

Dr. Martyna Buchalska made a very good impression on me. She explained clearly why the procedure I was considering wouldn't be satisfactory and why there was no point in pursuing it. The consultation was conducted in a comfortable atmosphere, and I highly recommend her.

I highly recommend the Satinell Clinic. It's one of the few places where, from the moment I walk in, I feel completely at home. Every space is uncluttered with unnecessary elements, which unfortunately often occur in such places. The space is very clean, bright, and inviting to indulge in pleasure, or sometimes "pain," for a good cause. From the moment I walked in, I felt cared for, without unnecessary imposition or fake smiles. The ladies are exceptionally natural in their demeanor and aesthetic, which suits the place. The first visit was longer than I expected because the clinic is very professional. The health questionnaire was very detailed, and the woman performing the procedure was very thorough in asking about the medications I take and even double-checked if she could perform the chosen procedure. I was very pleasantly surprised; in fact, I was even stressed about the time passing, which I didn't feel at all. The time devoted to my health interview and the procedure made me feel very well cared for and comfortable. The attentiveness and monitoring of the patient's well-being during the procedure were also very high. The staff is very knowledgeable about the procedures, options, and, above all, contraindications. They don't push the envelope; in fact, they provide honest information about what's possible and what's not. In short, I've been there twice and I'm planning to go again, which I wholeheartedly wish for you ❤️. I recommend it because you'll be 100% satisfied!
