I've had my first visit to Dr. Lidia Tomczak's office and immediately decided to schedule another one. I will wholeheartedly recommend this place to my friends who still feel nervous about visiting the gynecologist.

Unfortunately, I've had some unpleasant experiences with both the doctor and the receptionist. My first gynecological visit was when I was still a teenager. I felt uninformed and even ridiculed when I was diagnosed with "endometriosis." I asked what it was, and the doctor simply said, "What, didn't they teach you that in school?" I felt very uncomfortable in the office, and the receptionist was very rude. When I asked for a receipt, the receptionist didn't know how to print it... In another situation, I called the receptionist about unspecified bleeding, and the staff simply told me why I was calling on the weekend and that there were no available appointments available. Terrible service.

Complete professionalism. The doctor doesn't base her diagnosis on assumptions; she simply orders blood tests. During the first visit, she conducts a detailed interview. During the visit, the patient feels comfortable, and everything is explained to them. The conversation itself takes place in a pleasant atmosphere. I highly recommend her to every woman.

The reception staff is unwilling to help a long-time patient. Due to a system error, an appointment confirmed two months earlier was lost and transferred to another person with the same name. Therefore, the staff doesn't seek a solution, even though someone took the day off (the hours are not adapted to working people). Furthermore, they rudely tell the customer they haven't booked an appointment, even though they have an email confirmation and brazenly claim that everything is the customer's responsibility.
