Today I developed periostitis. In the morning, I had a quick visit to the dentist in Krakow for antibiotics because I need a wisdom tooth extracted. Then, on the way to Gdynia, I experienced pain and a frantic search for a dentist to extract the tooth. On the route from Krakow to Gdynia, I made the first Google call and found Michał. Even though he wasn't able to see me (my time was very limited), he spent a few minutes talking and giving me advice, and I felt taken care of mentally. I wish every patient had a doctor like him. I think all the reviews I read after the interview—the ones about professionalism, empathy, and high standards—are absolutely spot on, and he deserves them 100%! All of this was palpable after a few minutes of conversation. Thank you 🥰
