A wonderful, empathetic man. I am now a regular patient of the doctor. The doctor focused not only on the problem I came in with, but also reviewed my medical records from the surgery. He explained and discussed everything thoroughly. He was smiling, cheerful, and friendly.

A very good surgeon who quickly diagnosed the condition, suggested immediate surgery, and performed it, providing detailed instructions on each step and providing anesthesia. I'm very impressed. The only thing missing was more precise instructions on post-procedure care and the offer of free telephone support if I had any questions during the recovery period – hence the one star reduction. The final cost of the visit (including the procedure) was 1,200 PLN, and the entire visit, in my opinion, lasted no more than 40 minutes.

I highly recommend Dr. Krzysztof Szala. Professional, friendly, and empathetic. During the consultation/examination, he thoroughly explained my problem and dispelled all doubts. He has a great approach to patients. Thanks from a motorcyclist :)

I traveled halfway across Poland to see this doctor because I'd been sent from doctor to doctor, and no one helped me. The doctor quickly diagnosed me, and the procedure was performed the next morning. Three months have passed, and everything has healed beautifully. I no longer have problems with the fistula. I recommend him, and greetings from Pomerania ;)

I paid the doctor 1600 PLN + 3800 PLN + 500 PLN. For three visits, a total of 5900 PLN. It should have only been 3800 PLN for laser hemorrhoid removal. Well, he didn't skimp on the money because he wanted it removed. Nothing helped, although the doctor said it would take some time. But it's been more than three months and nothing has worked. I don't recommend it. Every visit to the doctor required another payment, but there were no results.
