  In reference to my previous review and your response to it, the physiotherapist wasn't on site; she was elsewhere, and she knew she had another patient, knew he'd be staying there, and wouldn't be coming to Skymedic that day; so she had the option of canceling the appointment. So what if she called in person while I was already at your clinic waiting for my appointment? I was only informed over the phone that she had another patient, wouldn't be coming, and that, well, that's how it was, she'd schedule me for another appointment... nothing more. The woman spoke to me as if she were telling me about the weather, with no remorse, no attitude about how things had gone wrong. There was no apology. A few days later, the receptionist called with a different appointment, which I declined because I was working and couldn't make it. There were no other suggested appointments. I also had to write a reply from another account because you blocked me and I can't respond. The patient approach is abysmal. OPINIONS ARE FOR PATIENTS TO EXPRESS THEIR OPINION. If you don't want to have negative opinions, work with doctors who come to work and see scheduled patients.

  I had an appointment with a physiotherapist. After driving 60 km and arriving at the clinic, I received a call from the physiotherapist 20 minutes before my appointment saying she wouldn't be there. She had another patient elsewhere and wouldn't be coming. I've never encountered such disrespect for a patient. No one informed me that the appointment would be canceled.

  The center is very modern and spacious. It has numerous offices and a wide range of specialists. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Adrianna at the front desk deserves a special mention, as she's always smiling and helpful. I highly recommend her!
