Generally, I don't question the doctors' competences because they do their jobs well. But the organizational aspect is very important here. People cut in line, pass through the treatment area, and it's unclear who's behind whom, which leads to self-disorganization.

Just after 8:00 a.m., I called the registration desk. The signal lasted about two minutes. I hung up and immediately called again. The phone was busy. Now I've been calling for two hours and it's still busy. I understand there might be a lot of people, but let's not kid ourselves with these calls. What am I supposed to do now, sick in my old boots, to come to you in this weather, and I don't know if you'll take me in today. So maybe you should do something about it, because this is getting excessive. You're taking money from the state, meaning us. At least show some respect for people's time, because you'll soon have nothing left of this shelter.

I highly recommend visiting Dr. Porębska. Professional diagnosis leads to effective treatment. It's also worth mentioning the kind and helpful receptionists and nurses.

Dr. Porębska is a great pediatrician. My son didn't like going to the doctor, so there's no problem here. I've been here for several years and I'm satisfied. The nurses are great, but the only downside is that sometimes it takes a while to get through to him by phone.
