Since birth, I've been assigned to the same clinic, where I'd been until recently. After going to the doctor at my previous clinic – sick with a fever of almost 40 degrees Celsius – and being told I wasn't sick at all and didn't need a sick leave, I decided that after over 30 years, it was time to find a new clinic and a new family doctor. And I ended up at SCM – I went to do some research, researched the situation, asked the receptionist what it was like and if it would be a good fit for me. And bingo – the lovely receptionist explained everything from A to Z, accepted my request to change clinics immediately, and I was immediately able to schedule an appointment – if necessary. I'd only had the opportunity to see one doctor before, and that was a fantastic upgrade compared to what I'd been stuck with my whole life. It turns out there are clinics in our city where the receptionists are always smiling, kind, and helpful, offering advice when needed. And the doctors who see patients are incredibly professional, understanding, and empathetic. Thanks to SCM, I've been waiting for a clinic like this my whole life! :)

I was refused admission to a primary care physician (GP) despite having a valid European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) and insurance in another EU country. The reason given was the lack of a GP declaration, which, according to the regulations, does not constitute grounds for refusing treatment. I was sent away without assistance. The matter was reported to the Patient Ombudsman.

A very professional approach to patients 💙 from the receptionists to the doctors and lab staff. Ms. Ewelina, with her wonderful rapport with children, made sure the little ones had their blood drawn with a smile. I highly recommend her.

Disappointed with a visit to a gastroenterologist who doesn't have an ultrasound machine. PLN 300 wasted :-(. I don't recommend it.
