The staff is wonderful, the ladies at the reception are helpful, understanding, reliable, everything is always tip-top, I recommend it.

The doctors are great. Dr. Pomiećko is incredibly kind and helpful. He always takes his time and is very helpful. He performs additional tests. The e-prescription system is convenient for patients, and they can call if the results are poor. Appointments are scheduled for the same day. I highly recommend him.

I recorded the ladies eating doughnuts and drinking coffee, and the phone was on silent. I went to check it out because I've been calling for three days and no one answers. The recording will be posted online. Let people see how hard Polish nurses work... and the receptionists. A full dose of the patient's liquor. You can die, but the coffee and doughnut are more important.

It's hard to get through on the phone. When I finally do, I'm always told, "Please call back next week, the doctor will be there to schedule a new appointment, as the next one is booked." Calling a week later, we hear the same old story over and over again. It's a joke, especially since you're trying to pay for the appointment.

The worst clinic in the area. The woman who registers patients for specialist appointments. She's always saying it's her clinic and she can do whatever she wants there. She doesn't answer calls and insults people. Today I witnessed her insulting the woman who brought it to her attention so she could finally get to work.
