Completely irresponsible and incompetent. I'm currently here, at this very location. My appointment was for 5:30 PM. It's now 6:23 PM. The person behind the counter told me there's a two-hour delay. Why is this person behind the counter? What does he have his notebook with his phone number for? If he sees there are already a lot of people, he calls those whose appointment is approaching and informs them of the delay. In my opinion, that's the proper approach. I can wait in line for a few hours with the National Health Fund, not privately. I definitely don't recommend it. Best regards, A.D.

No one answers the phone at the front desk... and when you do bother to go in person, the receptionist is very unpleasant. Consider changing it, as it's seriously damaging the clinic's image...

I had a colonoscopy and gastroscopy. The approach was excellent. They showed genuine concern for the patient. The doctors were very friendly. The nursing care was top-notch. It was punctual and efficient.
