It's a tragedy. The doctors seemed to be working there as a punishment, taking their anger out on patients at every turn, making unnecessary, humiliating, and hurtful comments, showing disrespect, and even giving them dirty looks when they were supposed to be doing their job. I was sent to the emergency room and told the results were incorrect or were performed on old equipment... Shameful, they're only exposing me to stress and humiliation.

The topic will be the K clinic. It's impossible to register by phone. I should mention that registration is on the last day of the month. The midwife, in a pleasant voice, announced that people go to Bydgoszcz to shop, and of course, you can register there. That's a strange approach. I always thought this institution, funded by our contributions, would fight for patients to get funding from the National Health Fund. Oh, the naivety of humanity.

Getting through is a miracle. Despite numerous attempts and various times of calling, the same problem persists. Strangely enough, the clinic is empty, with no one waiting at the reception desk. Are the three women sitting behind the desk really so busy that they can't answer the phone?

Getting through to this clinic is a miracle; it's always busy, even though there are often three receptionists, and none of them has time to answer the phone. Doctors send you to the hospital because they can't diagnose anything themselves, while the hospital sends you home with recommendations that should have been issued by your family doctor. There was no patient history, no questions about whether you were allergic to anything or pregnant. When I asked for tests (there are many health issues in the family), the doctor said, "No, why bother?" Seriously, why even get tested? They don't even have any cotton pads for cleaning wounds. The nurse told me to go buy some at the nearby pharmacy, and then insisted I leave them.
