The first impression was definitely YES. The doctors are friendly and explain everything thoroughly. It's not like other clinics where you wait 5-10 minutes and then the next thing. They spend as much time as needed to talk to the patient. We highly recommend them. Today we also had the pleasure of visiting the center and signing a cooperation agreement.

I wholeheartedly do not recommend this facility: - There was an error during the registration process (no one noted my reason for coming, even though it was clearly stated). - There was a huge uproar on the day of the appointment because of the above. - There was no trained staff to perform the procedure. - Telephone consultations with someone who might have had some knowledge of how to prepare a patient for the procedure (in the presence of the patient – what professionalism). - Even drawing blood here was a challenge for the staff. After more than half an hour of unsuccessful struggle, I canceled the procedure, realizing the staff's incompetence. - It's a waste of my health and time to visit this facility.

The clinic is amazing, and Dr. Sotel is a pediatrician. I've never met a doctor so professional and committed to treatment. I highly recommend her.
