  Worst hospital I have been in my life. Anyone even came to ask my name or what was the problem in more than 2h. Each time I asked, people was rude and told me to wait more time. I consider they're actitud xenofobic and I will look forward to report the treatment I got.

  I wholeheartedly recommend this hospital. I was admitted to the gynecology ward for a procedure performed under general anesthesia. The way I was received and cared for was shocking. I felt safe there, and the nurses, doctors, and anesthesiologists who were present during the procedure were wonderful!

  The hospital is well-organized, and all procedures run smoothly and without unnecessary delays. The facilities are clean, well-maintained, and ensure a comfortable stay. The care and attention paid to patients at every stage of treatment is evident, which instills great confidence in this facility. The nurses in the surgical ward are very helpful and friendly, always patient, smiling, and ready to answer any questions. Their commitment and empathetic approach make patients feel cared for and safe. Medical care is of a very high standard, and the atmosphere in the ward is calm and friendly. The entire staff performs their work with complete professionalism.

  The only positive is the vegan diet. Make sure no one even reads your records. They didn't even know what I was coming in with; the doctor thought I'd already had surgery... They gave me a drug contraindicated for my condition as premedication... They told me to go two floors up the morning after surgery for an examination. Immediately after the gynecological surgery, I had a vaginal ultrasound the next day. It was a real struggle to get pain medication. No one is watching you when you go up to that floor for a checkup, and the midwives send you off, and that's it, you won't see a doctor in your ward. Only the cleaning lady helped me when I fainted at the door, because no one bothered to help me or check if I could walk. Finally, they refused to lend me a wheelchair to get me to the car after the surgery; everything hurt, I couldn't walk...

  I have an urgent referral to a surgeon, but the secretary started asking about my symptoms, why I needed to see a doctor, and reading my health records under the referral. When I told her it wasn't appropriate and that only a doctor can see such things, and I can only discuss my symptoms with a doctor, she started raising her voice and said she can only schedule me for March, even though I have a suspicion of a March or January appointment. I found the surgical department itself, where the surgeons were, and they told me to go to the emergency room because the hospital wouldn't admit me. They didn't even specify which one. I'm going with severe pain and I don't know where. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
