Very unprofessional approach to patients. They send a text message the day before to confirm an appointment, which, as we know, isn't scheduled for the next day, and then call a few hours later to cancel it because the doctor wants to leave work early, i.e., 1.45 hours before my appointment. Unfortunately, not everyone has the option to leave work early.

I came to Medivec with a condition I'd been seeing for a year and a half, and had been treated at another clinic without success. I scheduled an ultrasound with Dr. Przemysław Szcześniak. He performed the test with a thorough and thorough reading and explained everything. Thank you so much, Dr. ☺️ My condition required a consultation and surgical treatment, so I made an appointment with Dr. Maciej Kaczor. At the first visit, he diagnosed the treatment and explained what he would include, saying surgery would be necessary, and that the treatment would be very long due to a very serious infection inside my body. I've had the surgery and feel like a new person. 😁 Dr. Thank you so much for your effective treatment and support during difficult times, and we know there were quite a few. Thank you for everything you've done for me. Thanks to your knowledge, professionalism, and true calling to your profession, I'm walking this earth. You saved my life, and I'll never forget you. Your knowledge, skills, and approach made me feel like I was in good hands. Mr. Maciej, thank you so much. We went there on the recommendation of my husband's cousin and were pleasantly surprised. Dr. Szcześniak's approach to patients is top-notch. Even though my son laughed throughout the ultrasound, the doctor had no problem with it. He provides clear information and doesn't leave patients unanswered. We will definitely return if the need arises.
