  I haven't used medical services in a while, and my observations are positive. The fast and friendly service at the registration desk is a start. Even though the appointment with the cardiologist is covered by the National Health Fund, I received full care, a thorough examination, and professionalism. The blood draw was professional and the culture was top-notch. Keep it up!!! It's nice to see empathy and friendly service at the National Health Fund.

  Good morning. I'd like to praise the medical rehabilitation department. What I experienced there is impossible to describe in just a few words. I stayed there for six weeks. After arriving at the hospital, I felt only pain and an inability to walk normally. After six weeks, I went home with a smile on my face, standing tall, and tears in my eyes, as if the time had flown by so quickly. The medical service (nurses, the head physician, and rehabilitation specialists) was top-notch. I don't often praise someone, but they truly deserve it. The atmosphere in the department itself was very pleasant; you could even say it was like a family. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

  Occupational medicine, Much has changed, and for the better. Nurses started work before 7:00 a.m. What good is it if an occupational medicine doctor theoretically arrives at 9:00 a.m. and an ENT specialist at 10:00 a.m.? There are about 30 people waiting for a doctor before 8:00 a.m. Dr. Maria Garbus obviously lives in a different sense of time and doesn't understand the word punctuality; she arrived at 9:25 a.m. If you can, steer clear. Zero stars for this doctor.

  The inability to register by phone or online is a scandal. To see a primary care physician, you have to queue for registration at 5:00 a.m. Now, since January 20, 2025, by order of the Auschwitz concentration camp management, the center for sick patients is open from 6:30 a.m. My 70-year-old mother, with a fever and chills, is forced to linger for 1.5 hours in the freezing cold. I should point out that previously, the center was open from 5:00 a.m., and at least there was an opportunity to enter and warm up in the waiting room. Arriving at the center at 7:00 a.m., it's no longer possible to register due to a lack of space. This means patients are forced to linger in the freezing cold from the early morning hours to see their doctor. I am astonished by the center management's ignorance or lack of empathy.

  I've been a patient at the current Multimed Center (formerly the ZCHO Health Center) for over 40 years. I wanted to ask who designed the registration desk on the ground floor? Which has now undergone a complete renovation. I can't deny it, I'm impressed. Everything is beautifully done. Every detail has been taken care of, though it might seem otherwise. I'm shocked: how can this be done without protecting the Medical Registration staff? There are no plexiglass windows, so the women are exposed to direct contact with sick patients. The registration desk has always been, and continues to be, staffed by friendly, helpful MEDICAL REGISTRATION STAFF. The ladies are smiling and welcoming. It's just a shame that no one thought about the employees ensuring their workspace is safe for so-called safe contact with sick people. From what I've seen, doctors in their offices have plexiglass protection, and I'm all for it! Also, the health centers in Zasole and Ogrodowa Street have plexiglass at the registration desks... just like in pharmacies... that's great to be proud of 😀 I hope they'll also install plexiglass at Multimed, so that the ladies won't be exposed to as much direct contact with sick patients. I wish good health to all MULTIMED EMPLOYEES. I gave 5 stars to the very nice staff at the registration desk on the ground floor. Best regards 😀 Agnieszka Wojtyna
