Maybe I misread the doctor, maybe it was a bad day, but the service at the reception desk leaves something to be desired. I suggest more smiles and friendliness 🤪 Doctor's appointments are scheduled 1 hour apart, and that's how long you have to wait 🤦♂️🤷♂️ Doctor's appointments (occupational medicine) - everyone knows how it goes 🤣 The doctor's service is very nice 👍👍 2 stars less for the quality of service.

I don't understand the negative comments!! I'm incredibly impressed!! The clinic I visited deserves the highest praise. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by courteous and professional service at the front desk – I felt like a patient at a private clinic, even though it's a facility funded by the National Health Fund. An equally warm nurse greeted me in the laboratory: "Before I even saw the doctor, I was thoroughly informed about all the important aspects of my health. Every procedure was performed with comfort in mind, and the test results were explained to me clearly and concisely. Dr. Bożena K. herself is a model of professionalism: her empathy and thoroughness ensure she gives her full attention to the patient. I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a place where medical care is combined with kindness and complete professionalism."

I recently had various tests performed. Everything was done with the utmost care. Appointments are tailored to the patient's needs – there's plenty to choose from. Painless blood draws! I highly recommend them.

I don't know why there's so much venom in the comments? People would want something. It's probably good that doctors don't just prescribe medications, not just the patient's word, "because I'm sick." I have a million illnesses myself, and some of them are visible in my case, yet I still have to provide confirmation of my illness. Especially since I'm new here. I had an ultrasound done within a week, and the conversations with the doctors, their commitment, and their willingness to help are the most positive. And these young doctors, who are complaining so much here, also need to gain experience. None of us who go to work are experts in everything; we're just learning. And a computer and phone at the doctor's office are probably the norm, since now we have to write everything down and check medications on our phones. Even "older" doctors do that. People really do have some understanding. And the ladies at the front desk are very nice; I don't know why they're so resentful. Plus, you're nice people, sometimes someone might be having a bad day. You're always smiling from ear to ear, without any problems or worries? Do you always smile at everyone? Maybe your less positive attitude is making you perceive everything negatively, and that the whole world is evil and against you? Think about it 🙂 I just called and encountered a new woman. Should I be upset that the conversation took a little longer? She needs to learn that too. She was very nice. I'll also add that they fill appointments quickly and answer the phone. At another clinic, I waited a week for an appointment and no one answered the phone forever. That's why I transferred, and I'm very happy about that. Ladies and gentlemen, be more optimistic. Clinics, don't worry about these comments. Have a good day 🙂

The worst clinic I've ever encountered for urine and blood tests. The next appointment is in two weeks. It's a joke. I had an appointment on Friday at 12 noon. I wanted to schedule an abdominal ultrasound, but there are no appointments. Please call after the weekend, of course. I'll call on Monday, and there are still no appointments. And my husband, who was at the clinic on Friday after me, got an appointment for an ultrasound. This clinic is a waste of our government money. They work there because they have to.
