For me, she's the right person in the right place. Above all, she's a very kind doctor. Despite her status, she hasn't lost empathy. A visit isn't just a five-minute appointment, but a goodbye, but only as long as needed. Even after a hard day's work, she doesn't disappoint her patients and sees them. She treats small children with special care, and if she sees a baby in the queue, she asks the parents and child first. The doctor answers all questions objectively and calmly, even if they're completely nonsensical. I'm a terrible fear-monger, but in this case, I had complete trust in the doctor. And believe me, I've seen many doctors with my child, and none of them even mentioned an ENT. The child was in terrible pain. The office is small, but equipped with everything needed. A professional endoscopy procedure dispels any doubts. The waiting room isn't too big, but it's manageable, even in the winter. The downside is that it's first come, first served. I highly recommend the doctor because she helped us.
