You call and they rudely hang up or don't answer... I don't recommend it...

Getting through on the phone is next to impossible... I've been trying for two days, dozens of calls, no response. Maybe they should hire someone who doesn't care about the patient's needs and start answering the phone.

The ENT clinic upstairs - the ladies at the front desk were a joke. Not only were they rude, but they also looked contemptuous, barely answering my question, ending our conversation privately. I should also mention that repeated attempts to reach them by phone for several days yielded no results. I definitely don't recommend them.
